Do you ship internationally?

 

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

 

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to update your shipping address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

 

All orders over $100 automatically include shipping insurance at no additional cost. For orders under $100, insurance can be added during checkout for a small fee.

Are you responsible for shipping delays?

 

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Jasmine Serenity Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), natural disasters, or weather-related disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.

Can I request a specific shipping carrier?

 

We select the most efficient carrier based on your location and chosen shipping method. If you have a strong preference for a specific carrier, please note it in the order comments, and we will try to accommodate when possible.
