Refund Eligibility Requirements

✅ We Offer Refunds When:

✓ The product is unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

✓ You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

✓ You provide a photo or video proof showing the issue with the product

✓ The product has not been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, or manipulated in any way

❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

• Buyer's remorse (wrong length, texture, or personal preference)

• Improper installation or product misuse

• Products altered after delivery (cut, dyed, heat-styled, etc.)

• Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing

• Delayed shipping due to weather, postal issues, or carrier delays

• Late contact - failure to reach us within 7 days

If your refund request is approved, we will provide:

Note: All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your item:

We'll inspect it within 2-3 business days
If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
Refund issued to your original payment method
